WHAT IS MONITORED

The following information and activities are monitored:
o Employees’ Performance
This includes: attendance, active and idle time, whether working time is used for work-related
needs.
o Software Utilization
o Internet Use
o Computers Utilization

WHAT IS RECORDED

The following information is recorded:
o Employee System Login Name
o Computer Name
o Citrix/Terminal Server Name (if applicable)
o Login/Logoff Time
o Active/Idle Time
o Websites/URLs
o Software (Name and Executable path)
o Documents Name
o Time of each of the above activities (when and for how long)

WHAT IS NOT RECORDED

The following information is NOT collected:
o Keystrokes
o Passwords
o Content:
o Emails Content
o Chats Content
o Documents and Files Content
o Screens Content
o Website User ID’s

WHAT IS IN REPORTS

All reports’ data is based on the collected information (Refer to ‘What is Monitored’ above).
As an example:
o Top 10 Facebook Employees
o Top 10 Social Network Employees
o Top 10 Internet Employees
o Top 10 Idle Employees
o Attendance
o And other time performance monitoring reports

WHO CAN ACCESS REPORTS

Only authorized personnel (generally managers) have the access to the reports. This is controlled by
security settings. In some cases Employees (who are not managers) might be granted the access to
their own reports: e.g. for self-control while working remotely or in case of creating time sheets.
